Danish centres launch "Swap For New"
Field’s, Bruuns Galleri and Bryggen have entered into a new green initiative in collaboration with organizations introducing the concept 'Swap for new', which gives consumers discounts in exchange for used clothes.
Swap you old clothes for discounts in the stores!
Field’s, Bruuns Galleri and Bryggen have entered into a new green initiative in collaboration with organizations such as the Church Crusade. The concept ‘Swap for new’ gives consumers discounts in the center shops in exchange for used clothes.
The concept is simple - hand in your used clothes and get a discount on your next purchase. It is a new green concept at the centers Field’s, Bruuns Galleri and Bryggen. In collaboration with the Church’s Crusaders and the Red Cross, the ambition is to promote consumers’ recycling habits by exchanging used clothes twice a year with a voucher that offers up to a 30 percent discount in selected stores. The collected clothes are used for social purposes either by being sold in second hand stores or through donations.
