INITIATIVES WE LOVE
Each day, through innovative partnerships, concrete initiatives and our sharing of best practices — both inside our malls and throughout their local ecosystems — we strive to live up to our commitments to sustainability and innovation. With one simple promise: to take action in the community.

Retail with purpose: Share & Care pop-up
Ahead of Market Days, Oslo City also launched the Share & Care pop-up – a second-hand store where every item was sold for NOK 100, with all proceeds donated to Vålerenga Samfunn. The initiative raised a record-breaking NOK 70,000, enabling children and youth from low-income families in the Oslo region to enjoy summer holidays and activities they might otherwise not have access to.
Located at the main entrance, the pop-up drew large crowds from the start. Clothing donated by well-known influencers – including the much-loved hand-knitted sweater by Runa– contributed to the success, and Oslo City ambassador Kristina Fraas played a key role, both in promoting the event and working in the store on launch day. Her involvement helped create a fantastic atmosphere and high visibility for the initiative.
An expression of our values
Share & Care is part of Oslo City’s broader commitment to Act4Good, Klépierre Group’s strategy focused on environmental and social responsibility. As part of this initiative, we are proud to support projects that for example promote reuse and create real impact in the local community.
Market Days and Share & Care are perfect examples of how retail can go beyond shopping – by inspiring change, creating shared value, and engaging people in meaningful ways.
