UPGRADED JERNIA - SUPER CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

There are several developments taking place at Metro Senter in Lørenskog and the refurbishment of the Jernia store is an example of this. Jernia has been at Metro for 16 years and earlier this month the new, upgraded store opened. The new store concept has the customer experience in focus. The store is inspiring, easy to navigate and has been complemented by a nearby pick-up point.

Jernia has a wide selection with a diverse range of products for the home, which is why it has been important to simplify the customer’s navigation in store. The new concept has more clearly defined departments and zones for the different product groups with a clear and visual navigation. This involves modernizing the choice of colors and materials, lighting, and layout. This makes the store more welcoming and attractive for customers to visit to meet their needs for goods and services for the home, garden, and kitchen. At the same time, there is more space for inspiration and product displays in the store’s many departments to make it easier for customers to see, touch and feel the products.

I’m very proud of Jernia’s decision to invest in their 600 m2 Metro store. It looks very nice, with improved customer flow and an appealing store facade and entrance area, besides it offers a pick-up point directly to the parking lot.
