SPECSAVERS SCALES UP WITH LARGER STORE AT KUPOLEN
Specsavers is investing in its presence at Kupolen in Borlänge with the opening of a new, larger store to meet rising local demand. We’re pleased to see their continued investment. The new store concept enhances the overall visitor experience and reflects a positive trend where more brands are choosing to grow with us. Sushi Yama recently expanded to a larger unit with outdoor seating – and there’s more to come!
The new 205-square-meter store represents a 75-square-meter expansion and includes an additional eye examination room and a significantly larger showroom for frames. The new location offers direct access from the parking area, enabling earlier opening hours from 8 AM. Caroline Hemington, Store Manager at Specsavers:
“We’re seeing growing interest in eye health among Borlänge residents, and our new store gives us the capacity to meet that demand,” says. “The expanded space and improved layout allow us to deliver a better in-store experience for both new and returning customers.” The store has been fitted with Specsavers’ latest retail concept, featuring a modern Scandinavian interior with LED-lit displays, natural wood elements and an open-plan layout designed to optimize product visibility and customer flow.
Jenny Ensgård Madi, Center Manager at Kupolen, welcomds the expansion: “Specsavers has been part of Kupolen since 2009, and we’re pleased to see their continued investment. The new store concept enhances the overall visitor experience and reflects a positive trend where more brands are choosing to grow with us. Recently, Sushi Yama also upgraded to a larger unit with outdoor seating – stay tuned – more to come.”
