JOE & THE JUICE OPENS AT OSLO CITY AND BIG BITE BRINGS A NEW CONCEPT

Oslo City’s visitors will soon experience new food and store concepts. The restaurant offering is strengthened as Joe & the Juice opens on the ground floor, while Big Bite moves to a larger location with a new concept and seating.

“Streen & Strøm continuously develops Oslo City, both in terms of the tenant mix and the center itself. New concepts and stores contribute to making it an increasingly attractive destination for shopping, dining, and experiences for both local visitors and people on the go. With over 11 million visitors annually and a unique location in a developing district, this strengthens the experience for all our guests,” says Elisabeth Lohk.*

Joe & the Juice opens on the ground floor At the end of November, Joe & the Juice will open a 90 m² outlet next to Kicks. Known for freshly pressed juices, nutritious smoothies, and quality coffee, the concept combines high energy, urban atmosphere, and an informal lounge feel.

“We are very excited about the opening at Oslo City. With our open and bright store, designed in a modern Nordic style, we aim to create an atmosphere that matches the urban city experience. Oslo City is the perfect place for us to meet both new and existing guests,” says Frederik Holch, Country Manager, Joe & the Juice.

“We look forward to welcoming Joe & the Juice. With its popular concept and unique mix of health and urban energy, this will fit well into the center and become a natural meeting place for our visitors,” adds Elisabeth Lohk, Center Manager.

Big Bite launches new concept on the second floor In early November, Big Bite will open its updated store featuring a refreshed menu and new interior.

“Oslo is an important focus area for us, and the opening at Oslo City marks a new step in Big Bite’s development. We will continue to offer fast, affordable, and good food – now with an even wider selection and a store experience adapted to today’s customers,” says Jan Yngve Holen, Chain Manager at Big Bite.

Franchisee Shirin Spaneus adds: *“We want to create an experience that is both flavorful and visual, where customers feel welcome from the first moment.” *
