Having a competent team around me is key to solve all the challenges we face daily. Together we try to find different ways and solutions to optimize our systems and minimize energy consumption. To sum it all up – if there is a problem in my area of responsibility, it’s my job to handle it. And as I’m a problem-solving and bossy person – I’m exactly in the right place!

I find the opportunities within Steen & Strøm exciting, and it's great to be part of an international company with a strong local presence. At Metro, we are a small team with good team spirit, and we support each other. At the same time, we have an international owner, which means international contacts both internally and externally. This was not something I expected when I started in 2015.
