Within energy management, Steen & Strøm is working proactively to reduce energy consumption and increase its share of renewable energy. For Bruuns Galleri the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) was reduced from 70 kWh/sqm in 2025 to 64,9 kWh/sqm in 2025. This corresponds to a reduction of 7,29% in 2025.
Within waste management, the goal is to achieve the highest possible degree of sorting. The goals are set individually for each country and shopping center, with a Material Recovery including Organic Waste of 59,3% for Bruuns Galleri by end of 2026. The result for Bruuns Galleri in 2025 was 61%.
Within water management, the consumption at Bruuns Galleri decreased and went from 9 718,1 m3 in 2024 to 10 256,7 m3 in 2025 which corresponds to an increase by 5,5% in 2025 compared to 2024.
