INITIATIVES WE LOVE
Each day, through innovative partnerships, concrete initiatives and our sharing of best practices — both inside our malls and throughout their local ecosystems — we strive to live up to our commitments to sustainability and innovation. With one simple promise: to take action in the community.

New Christmas market at Amager
Field’s launches its first-ever Christmas Market – A Caring Christmas – with a focus on local businesses and responsible production.
On Friday 5 December, Field’s opens its first Christmas market in the center’s 21-year history. Over three festive days, visitors can enjoy an outdoor market where certified organic goods, recycled materials, natural ingredients, and responsible production set the tone. Most stalls are run by small businesses from Amager, and selected Field’s retailers will also present curated products. All participants have been chosen for their documented commitment to sustainability, which also applies to the workshops offered throughout the weekend.
A good neighbor initiative “Being a good neighbor is essential to us,” says Janek Gram, Shopping Center Manager at Field’s. “By spotlighting local producers, we hope visitors will discover the many great businesses worth supporting in our area.” The Christmas market is organized by GoGreen Denmark, which has selected all companies and products based on criteria such as certified organic production, recycled materials, natural unsprayed ingredients, and responsible manufacturing.
