TWO NEW FOOD CONCEPTS MAKE THE OFFER COMPLETE IN FIELD’S FOOD LOUNGE

With the Italian pasta restaurant Ragu and the Indian Dhaba, our restaurant selection at Field's becomes even more complete. Field’s food court is a popular place not only when you run your errands and shop, many people meet and eat here before e.g. events in the Royal Area next door, before going to the cinema, after an hour of play in Jumpyard.

I am very pleased that Dhaba chose Field’s for expansion in the Øresund region and Ragu to open their first restaurant. With these two food concepts we have a full food court, and a complete food and beverages offer that has something to offer all taste preferences, says Janek Gram, Center Manager in Field’s.

Dhaba - well-prepared Indian cuisine now also available in Field’s

Dhaba means traditional Indian food booth and Dhaba has doubled their restaurants in Steen & Strøm’s shopping centers. Dhaba describe themselves as the gateway to the vibrant culture and flavors of India. Since mid-autumn, you can also enjoy their well-prepared Indian dishes at Field’s. Since 2020 there is a restaurant in Emporia in Malmö.

With my restaurants, I want to show how the dhaba works on Danish and Swedish ground. After three successful years at Emporia, I felt it was time to open another restaurant in a shopping center - this time in Field’s, says founder Safi Enayatullah, who runs eight restaurants, including one in Sweden.

Safi Enayatullah is a frequent TV chef on Go’morgen Danmark on TV2 and has launched his first cookbook Dhaba Walla - a declaration of love for Indian cuisine with 100 recipes.

Ragu – Italian homemade pasta – makes a dream come through

The Italian restaurant Ragu will open in Field’s in the end of February and the establishment will hopefully be the first of many more. Dan Bruun, the founder, has a history of owning a REMA1000 for nine years in the Copenhagen area and when the store was sold, it was time to realize the dream of his own restaurant with good quality and affordable dishes.

I love pasta and I realized that there was a lack of pasta restaurants in the area. We serve our own fresh pasta and with authentic Italian sauces and I was surprised and very happy when I found out that there was a restaurant space in Field’s that was available and suitable for Ragu, says Dan Bruhn.

The restaurants of 200 sqm and about 50 seating each are located on the second floor in Field’s.
