STRONG OPERATING PERFORMANCE CONTINUES
Nine-month 2026 business update: the Group maintained the strong momentum seen since the beginning of the year, driven notably by the solid operating performance of its shopping centers and sustained leasing demand.
Retailer sales increased by 3.9% and footfall by 1.1%, while net rental income rose by 4.6%.
This strong performance resulted in a 5.4% increase in EBITDA and a 4% rise in net current cash flow per share. On the back of these results, the Group raised its full-year 2026 guidance and now expects to achieve at least €1,165 million in EBITDA and €2.83 in net current cash flow per share.
Klépierre, the majority shareholder of Steen & Strøm, also announced the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in a portfolio including Il Leone in Italy.
The period was also marked by further recognition of its ESG leadership, with Klépierre once again ranking #1 among all listed real estate companies in Europe across all asset classes in the 2026 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).
