Steen & Ström Sverige AB has divested the property Partille 11:47 at Kyrktorget to Parthaella, a company owned by the Municipality of Partille.

“We are very pleased that the acquisition has now been completed. The purchase enables us to move forward with the development of the property and create a place with more life, activity, safety and attractiveness,” says Marith Hesse, Chair of the Municipal Executive Board of Partille.

The property comprises the older brick building located at Kyrktorget. Acting on behalf of the Municipal Executive Board, Parthaella has acquired the property for SEK 25 million.

As the long-term owner and developer of Allum shopping centre, we welcome the Municipality of Partille taking over the property and moving forward with the continued development of Kyrktorget based on local needs and future ambitions.
