STEEN & STRØM APPOINTED AS NEW MANAGEMENT PARTNER FOR NÆSTVED STORCENTER
Steen & Strøm, which is among Scandinavia's leading players in operational excellence and center management, has been appointed as the new management partner for Næstved Storcenter with effect from 1 October 2026.
Næstved Storcenter is the largest shopping center in South Zealand with 65 stores and attracts millions of visitors every year.
With the appointment, Næstved Storcenter enters into an agreement with a management partner with proven experience in developing and operating strong retail destinations. Going forward, Steen & Strøm will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, the strategic development of the center and the strengthening of the center’s position as the region’s leading shopping destination.

The official takeover date is 1 October 2026, and preparations for integration will begin shortly.
