POWER EXPANDS WITH NEW STORES AT FIELD’S AND BRUUNS GALLERI

Steen & Strøm welcomes POWER to Field’s in Copenhagen and Bruuns Galleri in Aarhus, as the electronics and home appliance retailer takes the next step in its Danish expansion strategy.

The two new stores will further strengthen the retail offering and customer experience in both centers.

The openings are part of the brand’s continued growth in prime shopping destinations with strong accessibility, high footfall and significant local purchasing power.

“Field’s has long been a dream location for us, thanks to its excellent accessibility via motorways and the metro. The same applies to Bruuns Galleri, located right by train, bus and light rail – a natural starting or ending point for a city shopping trip. Both locations offer enormous potential and strong local purchasing power. I can promise one thing: we will open both stores with a big bang,” says Jesper Boysen, CEO of POWER.

The establishment of POWER in Field’s will create approximately 50 new jobs, while the Bruuns Galleri store is expected to generate 30–40 positions. Both stores are scheduled to open during the autumn.At Steen & Strøm, POWER is seen as a strong addition to both centers’ retail mix and long-term development.
