OSLO CITY WELCOMES JOE & THE JUICE, AND BIG BITE IN NEW LARGER AND UPGRADED RESTAURANT

We are delighted to share that new food and beverage experiences have arrived at Oslo City. The dining offer has been strengthened with Joe & the Juice opening on the ground floor, while Big Bite has moved into a new, larger unit featuring an updated concept with seating.

At the end of November, **Joe & the Juice **opened its new 90 m² location next to Kicks. “We are very excited to open at Oslo City. With our open and bright store, designed in a modern Nordic style, we aim to create an atmosphere that complements the urban city experience. Oslo City is the perfect place for us to meet both new and existing guests,” said Frederik Holch, Country Manager, Joe & the Juice.

“We look forward to welcoming Joe & the Juice. With its popular concept and unique mix of wellbeing and city energy, it will be a natural meeting place for our visitors,” said Elisabeth Lohk, Centre Manager at Oslo City.

Big Bite with a new store concept In early November, Big Bite opened its new store on the second floor. The concept—known for fresh subs, wraps and bowls—now features an updated menu and a fully redesigned interior. “Oslo is an important focus area for us, and the opening at Oslo City marks a new step in the development of Big Bite. We will continue to offer fast, affordable and tasty food – now with an even broader selection and a store experience tailored to today’s customers,” said Jan Yngve Holen, Chain Director at Big Bite.

Franchisee Shirin Spaneus added: “We want to create an experience that is both flavourful and visually appealing, where customers feel welcome from the very first moment.”

The new menu now offers smoothies and milkshakes alongside the popular classics.

Oslo City continues to evolve “Steen & Strøm is continuously working to develop Oslo City. With new concepts and stores, we aim to create an increasingly attractive destination for shopping, dining and experiences for people on the go and our local customers,” said Elisabeth Lohk.
