The dynamic NextGen Group of young Steen & Ström employees under the age of 35 spent two inspiring days in Copenhagen together. The NextGen Group is committed to driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the continuous success of Steen & Ström. We believe that the fresh perspectives and energy brought by our young professionals are essential in shaping the future of our organization.

This group is responsible for overseeing various exciting projects throughout the year that involve all our colleagues across Scandinavia. The main objective is to carry out initiatives and events that add value to our company while fostering a sense of unity among the teams across all three Scandinavian countries.

One of NextGen’s flagship programs is the Excellence Rating Program. This initiative involves NextGen members and a representative from each shopping center team. All Steen & Ström’s shopping centers are visited and evaluated assessing their overall standards. Furthermore, The NextGen Group organizes the annual charity walk, which has become a cherished tradition within our company. This event not only allows us to give back to the community but also strengthens the bonds among our colleagues as we join forces for a meaningful cause.
