Mango, one of Europe's leading fashion brands, is strengthening their position in Denmark with the opening of a store in Bruuns Galleri in Aarhus. The new store is approximately 600 square metre in total and will open in the 1st half of 2024.

We are extremely proud of Mango, as a strong and international brand, for choosing Bruuns Galleri for their third store opening in Denmark. Bruuns Galleri is visited by almost 11 million guests annually and has a strong presence among the youth, women aged 17-39 years. Mango complements to our fashion range and both we and our visitors are looking forward to their opening, says Claus Brændgaard, Regional Center Manager at Bruuns Galleri.

The new store, which has a retail area of 400 m2, exclusively carries the Woman line and features the New Med store concept, which is inspired by the Mediterranean and characterised by the spirit and freshness of the brand. Sustainability and architectural integration are keywords in the new design, which is why the new stores feature elements such as eco-friendly lighting, heating and ventilation, as well as a design that incorporates sustainable materials such as natural paint.

Mango opened its store in Field’s in February 2023 and has an additional store in the centre of Copenhagen. With the opening in Bruuns Galleri, Mango will be present in three of Steen & Strøm’s shopping centres in Scandinavia; Bruuns Galleri in Aarhus, Field’s in Copenhagen and Emporia in Malmö.

Steen & Strøm is part of the Klépierre Group, which manages shopping centres across Europe and is the majority owner with 56.1%. The Dutch pension company APG is a minority owner with 43.9 %. Klépierre is Europe’s leading shopping centre operator, combining property development and asset management skills to attract both local players and international retailers such as Mango.
