Kasper joins Steen & Strøm from BASE life science, where he served as CFO. He brings with him a solid background in financial leadership and strategic advisory. Kasper spent seven years with Deloitte Consulting, advising a wide range of organizations on financial transformation, organizational excellence, and operational efficiency. He then served as CFO at an IT consulting company for three years, where he played a key role in shaping financial strategy, supporting business expansion, and strengthening operational excellence. His experience combines a strong consulting foundation with hands-on CFO expertise across industries.
