We are very pleased that both Rituals and Clas Ohlson continue to invest with us. This reconfiguration at Marieberg Galleria allows for two larger stores with updated concepts and broader assortments. Both brands are important parts of our retail mix and will further strengthen the overall customer offering.

Clas Ohlson is set to double the size of its store, while Rituals has outgrown its current premises. This autumn, Marieberg Galleria will undergo a major reconfiguration, enabling both retailers to expand, introduce updated store concepts, and offer their full product ranges. Both Clas Ohlson and Rituals have seen strong development but have been limited by their current store sizes. Rituals, which has been present at Marieberg Galleria since 2013, has identified a clear need for additional space to further develop the customer experience.

Rituals plans to open its new store in November. As part of the relocation, the brand will take over part of Clas Ohlson’s existing premises, creating a store of approximately 190 sqm. During the refurbishment period, Rituals will operate from a temporary location within the center. “We look forward to welcoming customers to a larger store with an improved environment and a broader assortment. During the transition, we will continue to meet our customers in a temporary store,” says Joakim Klingsell, Country Director Rituals Nordics.

Clas Ohlson plans to open its new, expanded store in October. The new store will be twice the size of the current one and will provide access to a full product range. The expansion includes a previously vacant unit. “We are investing in Marieberg Galleria to offer our customers a complete assortment. We have been present here since 2009 and see continued potential in the location. With this expansion, we aim to further improve accessibility for our customers in southern Örebro,” says Andreas Helgesson, Country Operations Manager at Clas Ohlson.

Clas Ohlson will remain open in its current premises throughout the refurbishment period, with the ambition to maintain clear accessibility for customers until the new store opens.
