On behalf of our youngest visitors and their parents, we are very excited to welcome Build_a-Bear to Bruuns Galleri.

Build-A-Bear opened its first store in Jutland at Bruuns Galleri, Aarhus. Covering approximately 60 m², this marked the brand’s first location outside Copenhagen and the fourth in Denmark.

Bruuns Galleri was selected for its strong position as a regional hub. With over 11 million visitors annually and broad appeal from both Aarhus and surrounding towns, the center offered a dynamic and attractive retail environment, perfectly suited to Build-A-Bear’s experiential approach, providing more than traditional shopping. Build-A-Bear’s first Jutland store, opened in collaboration with BR, was the first in the partnership to operate as a standalone store rather than within a shop-in-shop concept. The store is staffed by BR’s experienced team, specially trained to guide children in creating their bears.
