Bastard Burgers has been at Emporia since mid-2020 and opened during the pandemic. The burger restaurant has been successful so far and is now investing further in their business with the intention to remain for many more years to come.

Bastard Burgers has a strong focus on digitalisation and has recently, and successfully, launched the Bastard Burgers app in parallel with an investment in express checkouts in all units, including Emporia. This has enhanced the customer experience tremendously according to Moses.

Our investment at Emporia of SEK 300 000 was important to us since we are looking forward to many more years at Emporia. We’ve had a great year in general at Emporia, and we’ve seen a very positive effect of installing the self-service kiosks. We’ve seen a 22% positive total LFL development (growth in sales) in the full year, an almost 20% increase in the number of guests in 2023 compared to 2022.
