We were so grateful for the fantastic response to the second edition of Under Åben Himmel – from residents, our tenants, local businesses and organizations alike. Together, we created a day full of community and joy.

In mid-September, Under Åben Himmel – Ørestad Culture Day returned for the second time, turning the heart of Ørestad into a festive gathering for the whole family.

The initiative was first launched by Field’s to celebrate the shopping center’s 20th anniversary and to give something back to the neighborhood it calls home. Building on that success, this year’s event once again brought together local associations, artists, businesses and residents for a day filled with joy, music, and community spirit.

“We were so grateful for the fantastic response to the second edition of Under Åben Himmel – from residents, our tenants, local businesses and organizations alike. Together, we created a day full of community and joy,” said Janek, Shopping Center Manager at Field’s.

The program featured fun activities for children, creative workshops, and lively entertainment with Hr. Skæg and Wafande, who brought music and smiles to both young and old. Guests also had the chance to try different sports, enjoy great food, and connect with neighbors in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Under Åben Himmel was organized in collaboration between Field’s, By & Havn, Ørestad IF, Balder and ØICC, continuing the tradition of strengthening community life in Ørestad – free and open to everyone.
