60 NEW EV CHARGING POINTS AT FIELD’S
We are pleased to share that Field’s and Q8 are making it easier for electric vehicle drivers to charge their cars while staying in the capital of Denmark.
Together, we offer 60 publicly accessible charging points in the parking garage beneath Field’s, allowing visitors to charge their vehicles while shopping, staying overnight, or attending events in the area.
“We are pleased with our collaboration with Q8, which makes it even easier for our guests to combine shopping, experiences, and charging in one place. The 60 charging points are an important addition to the service we offer our visitors and support the growing demand for easily accessible charging options in Copenhagen. As one of Denmark’s most attractive retail and leisure destinations, it is important for us to continuously develop services that make visits more convenient and valuable for our guests,” says Janek Buksi Gram, Center Manager at Field’s, which welcomes 9.5 million visitors annually.
The charging solution includes both 50 kW fast chargers for shorter stays and 22 kW chargers for longer parking periods. The charging points are in the P1 parking garage, within easy reach of Royal Arena, the hotels in Ørestad, and the surrounding main access roads. The partnership between Field’s and Q8 is part of a shared ambition to make EV charging more accessible at destinations where people already spend their time. This allows charging to become a natural part of a visit rather than requiring a separate stop.
The 60 charging points are publicly available and form part of Q8’s charging network. Through the Q8 Charging app, users can access charging points across Denmark and the rest of Europe.
