When it became time for Telenor and Svea Vaccin to open in Dalarna, Kupolen in Borlänge was the obvious choice. Telenor opens their store on 16 November and Svea Vaccin in January.

We are thrilled to welcome both Telenor and Svea Vaccin to Kupolen. We are a strong shopping center that annually attracts over 3 million visitors - many of them visit more than once a week. Telenor’s shop at Kupolen will have a modern and cosy store concept tailor-made to suit the customers. Both consumers and business customers will be offered services such as mobile services, high-speed internet, and TV. In addition, various accessories are provided to suit the customers’ connected everyday life.

Why have you at Telenor chosen to open at Kupolen?

We have many customers in Borlänge, but we haven’t had a store here before, so now is the time. We believe that Borlänge is a good hub for a large part of Dalarna and Kupolen is a strong commercial centre where we hope to get closer to our customers. Without excluding anyone, families are an important target group for us and we therefore believe that Kupolen is a good place for a new store, says Magnus Stääv, Head of Telenor’s sales channels.

What are your expectations?

We expect many of our customers to come and see us in the store, which also serves as a place where existing customers can get service for both equipment and subscriptions. We open just in time for Black Week and hope that our offers will be appreciated. Then, of course, we hope that customers who do not have Telenor today dare to take the move to us, now that we are in place physically in Borlänge, says Magnus Stääv.

Svea vaccin is looking for staff and plans to open in January

Svea vaccin has adapted their store premises and is currently looking for staff. The planned date of opening is in January.

Our establishment strategy is to identify major cities that lack a drop-in or vaccination unit for, for example, travel vaccines, basic protection vaccination and other vaccinations such as TBE and shingles, etc. Now it was time for Borlänge. The location of our almost 50 square meter premises on the ground floor, right at the entrance to Kupolen, is perfect. Our premises are both visible and easily accessible, says Ridha Hafi, CEO of Svea vaccin.
