Steen & Strøm has for the third year been classified as GRESB Green Star and regional Sector Leader #1 in the GRESB Survey and holds the position as the most sustainable shopping center company in Europe.
Among 759 real estate companies, whereof 55 retail companies, Steen & Strøm managed to take the position as no 1 in Europe once again. This year, Klépierre holds the position as number #2 in the Europe Retail peer group.

The GRESB Survey includes feedback from 759 property owner worldwide with a total gross asset value (GAV) of USD 2,8 trillion. The benchmark survey measure achievements within: Management, Policy and Disclosure, Risk and Opportunities, Monitoring and EMS, Performance indicators, Building certifications, Stakeholder engagement, New construction and Major renovations.
